Quick update on what I am doing:

• Focusing most of my efforts on my first novel and I am looking to have it published this year.
• I am no longer trying to meet ‘The Rock’ although I believe one day I will.
• Trying to recover from a nasty bulging disc in my lowest L5 S1 vertebrae.
• Getting ready for my wife to have our 2nd child, a little girl due this March.
• Thinking about how I will redesign drjerm – both my blog and website.
• Working on my public speaking skills and video presenting so that my videos are both informative and entertaining.
